On Saturday 23 February, the winners of the National Indoor Planting competition of the Year 2019 were presented in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. The price was awarded to Copijn Groenaanleg en beheer for the lounge of Hotel Jakarta in Amsterdam.

The jury motivates her choice: “A hotel where expensive square meters are given up for indoor green: that is distinctive! This Asian hotel hortus does so much more: it tells about the unique history of this place, ensures a total experience and an ‘senang’ social life on the island of Java and shows what you can do if you have a green ambition.’ At every stage, Copijn showed expertise on all fronts and achieved fantastic results.”
