WestCord Hotels finds it important to also offer our young employees an appropriate remuneration. As WestCord Hotels, we have therefore decided to narrow the gap between youth wages and other wages. What does this mean? We are moving away from the youth wage percentages and reward them all with a fixed amount that we are proud of.
