Chef's Table Experience with First Class Indonesia
On December 9 and 10, 2025, Hotel Jakarta Amsterdam hosted a special Chef’s Table Experience in collaboration with First Class Indonesia. During these exclusive evenings, gastronomy, culture, and craftsmanship came together in an intimate setting.
The Chef’s Table was hosted by four chefs: William Wongso, Agus Hermawan, Herman den Blijker, and our own chef Rendy Reanaldy. Together, they took guests on a culinary journey through Indonesia, combining traditional flavors and modern techniques in a refined way.
