To and from Amsterdam CS, take bus 43 and get on or off at the stop “Tosaristraat” opposite the hotel.

If you take tram 26 from Amsterdam Central station towards IJburg, use stop “Kattenburgerstraat” and from here it is a 3-5 minute walk to Hotel Jakarta.

Please note: From 11 August, the Jan Schaeferbrug is under construction and not passable for traffic. From 27 August, the bridge will be open again for pedestrians, from 6 September for traffic. You can reach Hotel Jakarta Amsterdam via the Verbindingsdam at the end of Java Island. Please allow for longer travel times. If you are travelling by public transport on these dates, take bus 43 and get off at the last stop, Azartplein. A shuttle bus will then take you to Kop van Java, near Hotel Jakarta. This shuttle bus runs every day from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

By public transport

Hotel Jakarta is easy to reach by public transport. From the hotel it’s a 25 minutes’ walk to Central Station.

Tram 26
To reach Hotel Jakarta Amsterdam by tram, take tram 26 to ‘IJburg’. The stop is ‘Kattenburgerstraat’ and is two stops away from Central Station. When you exit the tram, cross the bridge – there you will find Hotel Jakarta. It’s only a few minutes’ walk!

Bus 43
Bus 43 to ‘Borneo eiland’ stops directly in front of the hotel at stop ‘Tosaristraat’.

By car

Please use ‘Tosaristraat 6’ as destination address when you use any GPS system. Hotel Jakarta Amsterdam offers 86 parking spots, below the hotel. There are 20 parking spots that have a charging point for electric cars. Parking is €4 per hour (first hour is free) or € 40 per 24 hours. If you book your room directly on www.hoteljakarta.nl you can add parking for € 30 per 24 hours, based on availability.
