Hotel Jakarta participates in the No Waste Challenge 020!
On 5 February, the No Waste Challenge 020 for the Amsterdam hospitality sector kicked off with a very successful kick-off at Leonardo Hotel Rembrandtpark. We are proud to be part of this great initiative with the aim of reducing food waste within our sector!
Together with Orbisk, we are joining forces to measure our food waste with a ‘smart’ AI bin. We see this challenge as an opportunity to strengthen our sustainable mission and look forward to working together with results!
The No Waste Challenge 020 is an initiative of Samen Tegen Voedselverswilling and the City of Amsterdam, in collaboration with Green Hotel Club and Koninklijke Horeca Amsterdam. Participating hotels can work together with Orbisk, Wastewatchers or InstockMarket to measure and reduce waste.
