We have started with closing the south facade of the hotel, the roof of the atrium has already been sealed.

The hotel is increasingly starting to take its shape. The glass of the facades has been placed and the roof of the atrium has been closed since last week, except for the location where the crane is stationed. After 2 more weeks, the crane will be removed, after which the atrium roof will be sealed completely.

The glassware of the Skybar has been placed, the curved windows in the tip of the hotel building will give a fantastic view over the Skyline of Amsterdam and the river “the IJ”.

The 172 prefab hotel rooms have been placed for some time now, and the  outer walls have been placed almost everywhere. The remaining rooms are currently being finished. You may not see it right away, but the walls of the hotel rooms are already in place up until the 6th floor.
