WellCome Wellness in Hotel Jakarta Amsterdam stands for inner peace, serenity and a luxurious ambience combined with Indonesian influences and elements. For our hotel guests we offer the use of the swimming pool, fitness and sauna free of charge, to make sure our guests relax the most during their stay. For guests from outside the hotel, we offer memberships. Enjoy a beautiful view over the river IJ and relax.
Wellcome Wellness offers two treatment rooms (including 1 duo treatment room), a swimming pool, sauna, steambath & gym. A warm welcome, innovative treatments and products, honest and clear treatment advice and prices: that is where we stand for!
Our products have natural ingredients and don’t have silicons, parabens or animal by-products. Comfort Zone’s mission is durable beauty and being responsible for the world we all live in.

At this moment we do not offer day passes. The pool, sauna and gym are open for hotel guests and members.
What are the opening hours?
WellCome Wellness at Hotel Jakarta Amsterdam is open 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The opening hours of treatments are daily from 09.00-22.00.
Is the use of the sauna and the Turkish steam bath with or without swimwear?
Wearing swimwear in our sauna and the Turkish steam bath is not allowed. Swimwear is mandatory in the swimming pool.
Are the swimming pool and sauna also accessible for non-hotel guests?
Yes, all facilities within WellCome Wellness at Hotel Jakarta Amsterdam are accessible to non-hotel guests. This also applies to Café Jakarta, Bakkerij Westers, Malabar and the subtropical inner garden in the hotel. WellCome Wellness also has its own entrance on Tosaristraat (opposite Java-Blend coffee house). This way you don’t have to go through the hotel to get to WellCome Wellness.
Is there a minimum age to enter WellCome Wellness?
The minimum age is 18+ for non-hotel guests. Hotel guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. A minimum age of 18+ applies to members (with the exception of babies up to 2 years old, who also have free access).
How deep is the swimming pool?
The swimming pool in WellCome Wellness is 1.40 meters deep.
Is the pool heated?
The pool in the WellCome Wellness is heated to 27 degrees.
